President – Alan Cross
Alan is a pastor, educator/trainer, writer, and global strategist. He is the founder of CDI and has served as its director since 2007. He served as pastor of Gateway Baptist Church in Montgomery, Alabama for more than 15 years and is a graduate of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned a Master of Divinity with a focus in Intercultural Studies. Alan also has a B.S. in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Studies. Currently, Alan is also working as a consultant and mobilizer in the Southeast for the Bibles, Badges & Business program in partnership with the Evangelical Immigration Table. He is also the author of 2 books including "When Heaven & Earth Collide" and "Joy Persevering".   Blog | Twitter

Vice President – Greg Locklier, Esq.
Greg Locklier is an Assistant Attorney General and currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel for the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.  He has practiced law for 20 years in Montgomery, Alabama, and his legal career includes service as a violent crimes prosecutor, insurance defense lawyer, and  in-house counsel for two state agencies and a non-profit health care organization.  His current practice focuses on administrative law, employment law, and governmental relations.  Greg is married with two teenagers and is a member of Gateway Baptist Church.

Secretary/Treasurer – Karen Golson
Karen worked alongside Alan for many years as Ministry Assistant of Gateway Baptist Church. She has served on the CDI board since 2011 and served as Administrator of CDI’s India Child Sponsorship Program. Before working in ministry, Karen worked in secretarial and administrative positions both in banking and legal fields. 

Board Member – Tom Kotouc, Esq.
Tom is currently serving on staff with the Navigators to help churches make disciples and practicing law in the areas of non-profit organizations, estate planning, and adoptions. Tom holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. from the University of Nebraska.

Board Member – John Wible, Esq.
John R Wible is a retired Assistant Attorney General who served as General Counsel to Alabama Public Health.  He has been principal of a tutoring program and has taught ESL to Korean nationals; as such he is certified in both teaching children and youth and teaching ESL.  John is a graduate of Marion Military Institute, the University of Montevallo, and the University of Alabama Law School.  He has served as an adjunct law professor, guest lecturer and is a certified Baptist Disaster Chaplain.

Hispanic Ministries/Advocacy – Richard & Valerie Garcia

Research Associate - Philip Hannam
Philip has decades of service to urban churches, ministries and community organizations. He is a Director for Fresh Start Community Development Corporation and Learning Manager for CityVision, Inc., (a research-based catalyst for Christian mission). He holds degrees from Bethel University and Bethel Theological Seminary.

Tutoring/ESL Program Director – John Wible

ROCK Task Force – Laura Hicks
Laura serves as the Senior Interactive Project Manager for all clients at Stamp. With more than 15 years of project management experience, Laura has managed basic to complex projects for her clients. She is a graduate of Troy University and has served on the Board of Directors for The Public Relations Council of Alabama, The American Advertising Federation-Montgomery and the communications committee with the River Region United Way. 

Technical Support – Chris McCorkle
Chris has 20 years of experience in the IT and Digital Marketing disciplines with both businesses and ministries.  He has also served as technical coordinator for Gateway Baptist Church in Montgomery for the past 15 years.
